I would say about 139495959499439 times per week (on average, give or take one or two), I get questions about nutrition for sport and exercise performance. Example FAQs:

  • What do I need to eat the night before my big race?
  • How do I stay fueled during my endurance event?
  • Are there any supplements that would help my race performance?
  • How do I get to an optimal race weight?

 

And the list goes on. And I LOVE IT because I’m ridiculously passionate about sports nutrition and would love to see you guys and gals kill it in your upcoming races!
